Change and Cancel Waiver: Flying From Asia/Oceania and Select Additional Origins

To continue making it easy for you to manage your trip and have the flexibility you need, a change and cancel waiver remains in place for those customers who have upcoming travel originating in Asia and Oceania (Australia, Bangladesh, China, Indonesia, Japan, Guam, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Nepal, New Zealand, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand); and Israel.

Customers will continue to be able to change and cancel their tickets originating in Asia and Oceania (Australia, Bangladesh, China, Indonesia, Japan, Guam, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Nepal, New Zealand, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand), or Israel without paying a fee with this waiver.
