All baggage is subject to the published fees at the time of your ticket purchase. Therefore, if you purchased tickets prior to the effective date of our current baggage fee policy, the fees may differ. Check below for which fees might apply.
The fees that apply for checking up to two bags that meet our size and weight restrictions are based on:
- Where you are traveling
- When you bought your ticket
- And whether you check in online at delta.com or at the airport
The following passengers may qualify for additional complimentary checked baggage:
- Delta One®, First and Business Class passengers
- SkyMiles Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver Medallion® Members
- Active duty U.S. military members traveling on orders
