My Profile
With My Profile you can enjoy the easiest way to purchase a ticket at delta.com. Create and manage preferred trips, securely store credit card numbers, manage your Credits & Certificates, enroll in special fare programs to learn about Delta specials, and tell us how and when you would like for us to contact you.
Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about My Profile. For questions about a specific tab, select it from the previous paragraph. If your question or comment has not been addressed, feel free to contact us.

You can enter and store up to six addresses, five email addresses, five phone numbers, four credit cards and 10 preferred trips in our secure environment.
You also may sign up for email News & Offers, subscribe to various Flight Reminders and change the delivery method and location of your SkyMiles Statements.

The Basic Info module offers a summary of the mailing addresses, email addresses and phone numbers you have stored with us. The My Wallet module shows the number of credit cards you have stored with us as well as the last four digits of each card. The Notifications module offers a summary of any programs, promotions, and flight notifications you may be subscribed to. The Saved Search module shows you the preferred trips you have stored to make future reservations a snap.

My Wallet
Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the My Wallet module within My Delta. If your question or comment has not been addressed, feel free to contact us.

All of your credit/debit card information can be saved in the My Wallet module of My Delta, including card numbers, expiration dates and billing addresses. We'll store up to four card numbers, making purchases easier and faster at delta.com. Your card ID Number will still need to be entered each time.
In addition to credit/debit card information, My Wallet will automatically populate with SkyMiles Card information, Sky Club Card information, eCredits & Certificates, flight receipts and in-flight coupons when applicable.

Saved Searches
Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the Saved Searches module located within My Profile. If your question or comment has not been addressed, feel free to contact us.

Our Saved Searches option allows you to save origin and destination information about trips you take often so that you'll be able to quickly search fares and purchase tickets the next time you're at delta.com. You have the option to give your preferred trips an alias, or name you'll easily recognize when you return to delta.com. For example, a weekly business trip could be called "Weekly NYC trip."

There are currently two ways to save a flight:
· Enter the origin and destination cities in the Saved Searches module in My Profile.
· After booking a ticket on delta.com, click the Save to My Profile checkbox on the confirmation page.

You are allowed to save up to 10 trips in My Profile.

Just below the Preferred Round Trips section of the Saved Searches page, you may select one of the trips from the dropdown menu. The trip you select will be the one we use to prefill the search in the Round-trip Reservations box.

Changes to your preferred trips can be made on the Saved Searches page in My Profile.

Certificates & eCredits
Whether they're printed on paper or sent to you electronically, Delta Certificates & Credits give you a number of different ways to save big on your upcoming trips. If you don't see the answer to your question here, feel free to contact us.

Delta Certificates can be redeemed for a variety of money-saving offers on eligible flights, including:
- A specific dollar amount off the cost of an eligible fare.
- A specific percentage off the cost of an eligible fare.
- A specific percentage off the number of miles being redeemed for an Award ticket.
- A travel certificate that covers the cost of a ticket and requires the customer to only pay applicable taxes and fees.
- A complimentary upgrade to the First or Business Class cabin.
- SkyMiles Companion Certificates are exclusive, money-saving certificates good for one eligible round-trip flight--just for renewing your Delta SkyMiles credit card from American Express. Learn more about SkyMiles Companion Certificates.
eCredits are a specific monetary value that can be applied as payment toward the cost of a Delta ticket and any government-imposed taxes and fees. Examples of an eCredit:
- Unused or partially used past date eTicket.
- Delta Travel Voucher received when an eTicket exchange results in residual value.
- Denied Boarding Compensation from an over sold flight.
- Travel Credit Voucher received as compensation for a service issue.
- eGift certificates
eGift certificates that were purchased through Northwest Airlines can be redeemed with Delta Air Lines.
- When you redeem an eGift certificate, its value is applied to all passengers traveling on your reservation until its remaining balance is zero, or all ticket costs have been covered.
- eGift certificates do not expire.
When you redeem Certificates or eCredits at delta.com there is no transaction fee.
You can also redeem Certificates or eCredits at any Delta ticketing location, but additional fees may apply.
Most Certificates and eCredits cannot be redeemed at travel agencies, other airlines, or other travel websites.

Certificates and eCredits associated with your SkyMiles number can be viewed by going to delta.com and logging in with your SkyMiles number and then going to your Profile and selecting the Certificates and eCredits tab within My Wallet. If the Certificate or eCredit was not associated with your SkyMiles number when it was issued, it will not be displayed within My Wallet.

If you have an individual Certificate or eCredit to redeem:
1. Click the Redeem a Certificate button.
2. Enter your Certificate or eCredit number along with any other required information. (Your certificate number may be an alpha/numeric combination or 13 numeric digits beginning with 006 or 012)
3. When selecting from your flight result options, eligible flights will be identified as "Certificate applied".
4. eCredits will be applied as a form of payment at time of purchase.

If the Terms & Conditions allow you to combine multiple Certificates or eCredits, or if you have multiple people traveling in the same reservation and you wish to redeem Certificates or eCredits for some or all of the travelers:
1. Click the Redeem Multiple Certificates button.
2. Enter the Certificate or eCredit numbers, along with any other required information. You can also enter your SkyMiles information to view all of the Certificates and eCredits associated with your account.
3. Select the Certificates you would like to redeem.
4. When selecting from your flight result options, eligible flights will be identified as "Certificate applied".
5. eCredits will be applied as a form of payment at time of purchase. To redeem multiple eCredits, select the Use Certificates or eCredits as Payment link on the page where you also provide your credit card information. Note: a credit card number is required even if the eCredit covers the amount due for the ticket, but the credit card will not be charged.

Some eCredits and Certificates may not be associated to your SkyMiles number but you still can view and redeem them by entering the eCredit or certificate number along with any other required information. If you are unable to view your eCredit or Certificate at delta.com please call Delta Reservations Sales Office for assistance.

When making your reservation it is important the name on your ticket matches your government issued I. D. Some eCredits and Certificates are nontransferable, so if you have trouble completing your booking online because the eCredit or Certificate name does not match the government issued I. D., please call the Delta Reservations Sales Office for assistance. If a nontransferable eCredit or Certificate appears to belong to someone else, Delta has the right to deny usage.

You can try locating the eCredit or Certificate by searching with your SkyMiles number. If the eCredit or Certificate was not associated with your SkyMiles account, the Delta Reservations Sales Office may be able to assist you, however Delta cannot guarantee we will be able to locate a lost eCredit or Certificate number.

When you were given the certificate number, the redemption code was included with the information. I'm sorry but lost redemption codes cannot be recovered.

Some eCredits and Certificates are transferable, so please review the Terms & Conditions. If there is residual value after redeeming the eCredit or Certificate, a new eCredit or Certificate will be created in the name of the original owner. eCredits and Certificates can only be used by one person in a reservation with the EXCEPTION of the eGift certificate.

Each Delta Certificate and eCredit has a unique number that can be found on the bottom center of a computer-generated receipt. The document number on an email receipt can be found in the center of the receipt identified by the type of Certificate or eCredit issued. Look for the 10 numbers following 006 on your receipt (example 006 2112549881). If you have an eGift certificate that was issued to you by Northwest Airlines it will begin with 012 followed by 10 numbers. (0122112549881)

Your eTicket number was included in your eTicket receipt and emailed to you when you purchased your ticket. If you bought your ticket from Delta Air Lines it will begin with 006 followed by 10 numbers. If you need assistance, please call a Delta Reservations Sales Office.

eCredits and Certificates not associated with a SkyMiles number can still be viewed and redeemed at delta.com. From the delta.com home page select the "Redeem Certificates & Credits" link. Just enter the number along with any other required information. If you are unable to view your eCredit or Certificate at delta.com, please call a Delta Reservations Sales Office for assistance.

Only Certificates & eCredits that are associated with your SkyMiles number will be displayed in your Wallet. To view or redeem Certificates or eCredits that are not associated with your SkyMiles number, select the "Redeem Certificates & Credits" link from the delta.com home page and enter the required information. If you are unable to view your Certificate or eCredit at delta.com, call a Delta Reservations Sales Office for assistance.

If there isn't a box to select the eCredit or Certificate and it shows OPEN, then it is not redeemable at delta.com. Click on the eCredit or Certificate number for more details you will see a message advising to contact a Delta Reservations Sales Office to redeem. If you have already selected one eCredit or Certificate then you will only be able to select additional eCredits or Certificates based on combinability restrictions. See the Terms and Conditions of each eCredit and Certificate for complete details.

eGift Cerfificates are nonrefundable.

eCredits and Certificates must be used at time of purchase. They cannot be applied after your ticket has been purchased.
