Offer Terms for Delta SkyMiles Blue, Gold, Platinum and Reserve Cards
Eligibility
This is a personal, non-transferable offer intended for select Delta SkyMiles American Express Card Members. Only Delta SkyMiles® American Express Card Members who receive this communication directly from Delta Air Lines or who have access to this offer through delta.com, are eligible to participate in this promotion. Benefits pursuant to this promotion are limited to eligible Card Members.
To qualify for participation in the Keep earning with SkyMiles promotion, an eligible Card Member must enroll for this promotion between September 16 and October 16, 2024 (the “Enrollment Period”) via delta.com/us/en/skymiles/promotions/keep-earning-skymiles or delta.com/myskymiles/promotions.
Between September 16, 2024 and January 16, 2025 at 11:59 pm EST (the “Promotional Period”), eligible Delta SkyMiles® American Express Card Members who have enrolled in this promotion can earn:
(i) 2,000 bonus miles after signing up for SkyMiles Dining via www.skymilesdining.com/, linking your enrolled Delta SkyMiles American Express Card, and spending $30 on eligible purchases (dine-in only) with SkyMiles Dining using your enrolled Delta SkyMiles American Express Card within 30 days of signing up for SkyMiles Dining (“SkyMiles Dining Offer”) by the end of the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt, any spending or sign-ups after the expiration of the Promotional Period will not be honored or counted towards the eligibility requirements for this reward bonus;
(ii) $40 eCredit after you book and complete a 3-day minimum car rental or 3-night hotel stay during the Promotional Period when booking through Delta.com using your enrolled Delta SkyMiles American Express Card (“Delta Cars and Stays Offer”), and/or
(iii) $75 eCredit after you book and fly a Comfort+ Cabin during the Promotional Period when booked on delta.com using your Delta SkyMiles American Express Card (“Delta Comfort+ Cabin Offer”).
All qualifying activity must be completed during the Promotional Period to be eligible for the bonus miles and/or eCredit(s). Additional Card Members on your account are not eligible for this promotion. To receive any of the associated rewards of this promotion, your Card account must not be cancelled or past due at the time of fulfillment. This promotion is subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice. Promotional activity may fall outside of the Promotional Period in some cases, such as a delay in merchants submitting transactions to American Express or if the purchase date differs from the date you made the transaction. If Delta in its sole discretion determines that you have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with this promotion in any way or that you intend to do so (for example, if you cancel purchase you made to meet the spend requirement or request a refund for the same purchase), we may not credit or we may remove the Delta eCredit and/or bonus miles from your account. If the eCredit has already been applied to a ticket, we reserve the right to cancel the ticket. By enrolling in this promotion, you acknowledge the content of these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them.

Delta eCredit
Eligible Delta SkyMiles American Express Card Members can earn up to $115 in eCredits through the Delta Cars and Stays Offer and Delta Comfort+ Cabin Offer combined, subject to the terms and conditions of this offer. eCredit(s) can be applied as payment towards the cost of a Delta ticket and any government-imposed taxes and fees. eCredit(s) will expire 6 months from the date of issuance. eCredit(s) is/are nontransferable and must be used for a ticket in the name of the person on the SkyMiles account. SkyMiles Dining Offer Terms & Conditions
SkyMiles Dining New Member Bonus Terms
This bonus offer is open to all eligible Delta SkyMiles® American Express Card Members without a current SkyMiles® Dining profile in the 50 United States and District of Columbia. During the Promotional Period, eligible Delta SkyMiles® American Express Card Members must (a) enroll in the Keep earning with SkyMiles offer during the Enrollment Period , (b) visit www.skymilesdining.com/ and sign up for SkyMiles Dining while linking your enrolled Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to your account, and (c) spend at least $30 in eligible purchases (including tax and tip) using your enrolled linked Card when dining-in at any SkyMiles Dining participating restaurant or bar within 30 days of joining the SkyMiles Dining program. SkyMiles Dining New Member Bonus must be completed by the end of the Promotional Period to earn 2,000 Bonus Miles (instead of the standard 1,000 Bonus Mile offer).
- Eligible purchases do not include orders placed through third-party online ordering or delivery sites. Pickup and/or delivery may not be available at all restaurants.
- Offer may not be combinable with other SkyMiles Dining bonuses and each qualifying visit can only apply toward a single bonus, as determined by SkyMiles Dining. Delta Cars and Stays Offer Terms and Conditions
Cars and Stays: During the Promotional Period, eligible Delta SkyMiles® American Express Card Members must enroll in Keep earning with SkyMiles during the Enrollment Period, then visit www.travelextras-delta.com/#. to book a qualifying car rental, hotel, or vacation rental using your Delta SkyMiles American Express Card. The car rental, hotel, or vacation rental must be for three or more nights and must be both booked and completed within the Promotional Period. After the completion of the qualifying car rental, hotel or vacation rental booking, Member will earn a $40 eCredit within 8 weeks.
Additional Cars and Stays Terms: A qualifying car rental booking includes rentals at a participating location for three or more days at rates other than travel industry rates or discounts, wholesale of tour package rates or discounts, wholesale tour package rates, insurance/dealer replacement rates, corporate and government rates, group travel discounts, or rentals in conjunction with a frequent flyer car award, or other corporate agreements applicable to the respective car company. eCredit can only be credited to the SkyMiles Member if the name on the booking matches the name of the SkyMiles account provided. eCredit will not be awarded for cancelled, no-show, or unpaid reservations. SkyMiles number must be provided at the time of booking. Only one SkyMiles number can be provided per booking. Bookings completed prior to enrollment into Keep earning with SkyMiles, or consumed before or after the Promotional Period, will not be eligible for an eCredit. Hotel currency or status are subject to each respective Hotel guest program and may not be applicable for bookings made on www.travelextras-delta.com/#.
Delta Comfort+ Cabin Offer Terms and Conditions
Comfort+ Flight: During the Promotional Period, eligible Delta SkyMiles® American Express Card Members can earn a $75 eCredit after enrolling in Keep earning with SkyMiles during the Enrollment Period by October 16th, booking a Delta Comfort+ cabin ticket for flights that are both marketed and operated by Delta Air Lines or Delta Connection® carriers, and is flown during the Promotional Period. Qualifying flight must be booked using your Delta SkyMiles American Express Card. Travel must occur by January 16, 2025 to qualify.
Qualifying Activity: Qualifying flight activity includes paid (retail) tickets, Award Tickets, Miles + Cash Tickets, Pay with Miles tickets, and post-purchase upgrades (excluding those purchased at check in or at the gate), but does not include travel on partner airlines (even if marketed by Delta), exception fares (including Delta Vacations), purchases of products other than Delta tickets, and any fees associated with travel (e.g., baggage, cancellation fees). If a Member uses an Upgrade Certificate, receives a Complimentary Upgrade, purchases an upgrade offered at check in or at the gate, or receives an operational upgrade, the Member will not earn an eCredit for the upgraded cabin. Companions traveling on Delta SkyMiles American Express Companion Certificates are not eligible to earn the eCredit associated with this offer, but the paid ticket of the certificate holder will qualify for this offer.
